Our senior partner, John Boucher, heads this department with Ivor Tetley. They deal with all areas of residential property dealings as well as Landlord and Tenant matters. Wills, Probate and Tax

Our partner, Stephen Lewis, heads this department which deals with the making of Wills, associated taxation advice and planning, and the setting up of trusts as part of long term planning.

Family Law

Richard Wright is the partner in charge of this department which deals with a wide range of family and matrimonial issues such as divorce, separation, the financial aspects of relationship breakdown and all issues relating to children. We hold a Legal Aid franchise for family work.

Commercial

This aspect of work is headed by Ivor Tetley and covers all aspects of business advice, including the setting up of limited companies, partnerships and franchises. We will also advise in relation to business leases, agricultural tenancies and general aspects of commercial dealings.

Personal Injury

Paul Howard is a specialist personal injury lawyer and deals with all types of personal injury claims, including claims on a 'no win, no fee' basis.

Litigation

Richard Wright heads this department aided by Paul Howard. This department also deals with all disputes which arise and may lead to Court proceedings or tribunal appearances e.g. contract disputes, employment rights issues, compensation claims, matters arising out of the Human Rights Act, and welfare rights issues.
