Unlike many of our competitors, we do not believe that conveyancing is a routine process that can be left to less qualified staff. The highest standards are required, together with modern technology and a proactive approach. We aim to visit properties which our clients are buying whenever possible, since a two minute visual inspection can be more productive than two hours looking at documents and deeds. We use the latest tools to speed the process, such as electronic searches, and very soon we will have a facility on our website to allow clients to track the progress of their sale or purchase day and night.

Good communications are essential between all parties involved in a conveyancing transaction. We pride ourselves on remaining readily accessible to our clients at all times. We adopt a proactive approach in ensuring that matters are brought to a successful conclusion as quickly as possible. We don’t just leave the chasing of others involved in a transaction to our clients or to the Estate Agents, but regard this as part of our role in securing a swift and satisfactory conclusion to the matter in hand.
