Family Matters

We are able to deal with all aspects of family and matrimonial work, including divorce, separation, nullity, disputes with regard to children ( residence, contact and other arrangements), adoption, financial claims arising out of marriage or co-habitation and all aspects of Local Authority proceedings in relation to children (e.g. care proceedings). This includes claims for injunctions, or defences against injunction claims.
