We have a strong team dealing with a broad range of litigation matters

Compensation claims, employment cases, building problems, breaches of contract, neighbour disputes, personal injury claims (see our specialist section in relation to this), defamation: all of these are examples of situations which may result in the involvement of the Court to sort out a dispute (litigation).

The litigation may take place in a County Court, the High Court, the Court of Appeal or in Tribunals of various kinds.
